Bob Ego became a member of Streetheart in 1979 after Matthew Frenette left to join Loverboy.
With over 100 album sessions to his credit, it was an obvious choice for the band to make as Bob had also previously played with Kenny, Daryl and Spider in the legendary Witness.
Bob played on some of Streethearts most successful recordings including the band’s best selling, “Streetheart” album.
His good nature, musicality and consistent performances were key elements to Bob’s success in the band and beyond into his professional career after Streetheart.
Currently Bob is living in Las Vegas where he continues to play and teach drums.
